What is the educational qualification for an entrepreneur to avail CIS for establishment CAE ?

Not specific, educated unemployed youth to be given preference.

Online portal for broiler and dairy will be open only after decision of the Govt. in Agriculture & FE Department.

Is it necessary that the land should be in my name to start a CAE and get subsidy ?

APICOL – Ans.

For women land may be in the name of her or in the name of her husband.  In other cases if the land is not in your name it may be leased out in your favour for a period of more than 15 years in the office of the concerned sub registrar.

Can I establish an agri projects with my own funds and get subsidy?

APICOL – Ans.

Yes.  Means of finance need to be submitted with proof.

I have already established one CAE.  Will I be eligible to avail subsidy under SAP?

APICOL – Ans.

No.  Subsidy is provided in favour of a new unit only established after obtaining a Go-ahead letter from the concerned District Nodal Officer.
